KTM Home

Today is July 11, 2007//Ashad 27, 2064 BS. Within Ashad 32//July 16 [After 5days], my home in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-Sitapaila will be handed to my parents. I bought this home 6 months ago while I visited last time in there. My mom and dad will come there probably at last of Ashad from my original birthplace Chapakot-2 Shyangja in Gandaki Zone. As far as I know, my grandfather was also originated in there. There is lots of land, paddy field, garden for the fresh fruits with a beautiful traditional home. I love the place, I like the place. I do’t know why my parents are going to leave in there and wants to stay within a limit of wall in a home in KTM. Kathmandu is too polluted, roads are becoming narrow, lack of sufficient water and electricity supply, no proper public transportation services etc. Therefore, I am worried about their stay in Kathmandu. Anyway, I will fully support and try to fulfill their desire as possible. They are spending their most passive part of elder life in these days. So I will try to make happy to them as I can.

Partima took some photos of our home in kathmandu. It lies near by entry/gateway of KTM valley-Kalanki called as Sitapaila. This place is becoming popular for residence these days in Kathmandu valley. It is really near from the Kathmandu ring road and 10 mins driving distance from the center of valley-Ratnapark, 15mins driving distance from the T ribhuvan International Airport, very near from the Tribhuvan University, almost 5 mins walking distance from the famous Swayambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu, Nepal. I wish my dad and mom will be more happy in there with good health and extra happiness.
